I like nothing about this company.

Dislikes

The employees there are extremely hardworking and often go above and beyond their pay, yet they are never appreciated. The CEO is rarely satisfied with their efforts, and the job is highly unstable; employees can be terminated without any notice period. The company even recruits people from other states only to let them go before the end of their probation, sometimes within a month of joining. Management shows little concern for employee motivation or well-being. Anyone considering joining this company would be better off staying unemployed.

...raining and expect to achieve sales in 1st month of working or they'll fire you. Salary negotiations are cheapest, for fresher they provide only 10k salary and to everyone who asks for higher salary they demotivates them and tells them how bad and pathetic their work is and they don't deserve more salary. You mental health will definitely get fu*ked up. Money obsessed owners who won't even give incentives on sales just mere 0.25% on sales in lakhs. And to this incentive they'll mention like 100 times even if you are earning 50 rs as incentive. And always very about they don't have profitability and only have 5%profit where they actually have 65% profitability. They don't fulfill commitments they give. Poor customer service. Cheapest services and Clients literally abuses them, they don't provide their clients project visit due these bad reviews. You wont get any promotions, new learning, and just waste of your career time. Nothing productive. Just some dumb people who think they are smart.
