Since they are consulting in MSME, there is a possibility to know about the business process of different MSMEs across Tamil Nadu. If you are looking for an entrepreneurial journey, you will learn how and how not to run a manufacturing company. Another best part is the company's founder (not much involved in operations now), he is an open book with tremendous knowledge if you can make a deep connection with him, you are lucky and will learn many things from him.

...tureless company without proper HR personnel and policy for the consulting team. They won't keep their word and give many fake promises (bonus, increment & etc) during the appointment. Often the behaviour is not professional, if they want to relocate you should relocate without any hesitation but they won't change salary based on the Purchase power of your base location. They expect you to work more than the work hour and the meetings (min 2 days/week) always happen outside the work hour which will extend up to 8 pm. In every appraisal, the feedback will be "You are doing a good job on your part only, but we are expecting you to take ownership of the whole project" but they won't accept your ideas or don't even consider your effort. They will pay you in peanuts and expect you to take the pressure of the CEO. If you check LinkedIn most of the employees won't stay more than a year because of the unprofessional toxic and unethical work culture. In a nutshell, if you are looking for a place with fair work culture, hike and professional growth, this is not the place for you.
