...restrooms were unclean and inadequate and water dispensers are covered in algae. Extremely Low pay : trainee are paid only 7k after on role only get paid for 8.5k take home. Which far below the cost of living. Exploitative Hiring practices: Preferences given to individuals from rural area, potentially because they are less likely to demand fair wages or increment. No incentives or No bonuses which affects the motivation of workers. Politics in the company, Work culture issues: Employees forced to work few Sundays and stay beyond regular working hours without fair compensations. Poor facilities: there is insufficient parking spaces and workplace amenities. Restrooms are also not accessible in peak break times. These practices create highly demotivating and unfair practices in this state does not deserve to operate unless it addresses these issues. It’s multiple units here I am mentioning vellore unit

Working experience was good before 2019 to 2023, but now changed all the environment, people and management was very worst.

I never seen the company like this less salary and also full work pressure for every employee no leaves and also based on the work no salary hikes even to work Sunday too and they don't provide to employees a cup tea too in break time it is totally treat likes a school 🎒.

No career growth,Less salary (9200)only for Process associates , middle level employees enjoying with more salary , HR (charan) is supporting only for management like (Sathya , rajkumar,Ranjith,Suresh,Hari & indu priya),HR -Charan is worst because he is not till asked for canteen facilities , Daily coffee & Tea for employees working in kriya ,HR recruiting candidates for less salary in kriya IT company , SathyaVictor gave promotion to his well known friend Ranjith and not giving higher promotion to womens who working perfectly, No proper formal dress code for All the Employees.All are working for Walmart(Ecommerce) American project with less salary . Don't join here please

...k environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is excellent. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give salary hike every year without fail.
