...y don't consider employees opinion , whatever top management has said is final And the salary terms is pathetic, you ll realise that even after spending good amount of years in Kristal they'll pay fresher a better salary than the existing employee for the same work, which doesnt help existing employee's motivation..

The employees are quite lovely. Particularly those who are not management.

Dislikes

This company has the weakest management I have seen so far. The group of founders are basically salesmen, and they didn't have any knowledge of financial platforms or anything related to fintech beforehand. They laid off people constantly. Even though they have worked for more than half a decade, I still don't think that they know what they are doing.

Only work satisfaction and learning curve was there, as we working on good technologies.

Dislikes

No work-life balance and no job security. The company was just hoping from one to another path. No defined path and they don't have any goal. wanted to do everything in no time, which creates unnecessary pressure on employees. If you have any other offer then don't join.

Nothing as such but if I have to mention one thing, it's that the management is approachable but that's of no use as they are in helpless in front of the investors.

Dislikes

1. No work life balance, once you are hired you are expected to work 15 to 18 hours a day and even on weekends and holidays. 2. Hire and fire policy, everything is controlled by the investors. They fired 1/3 rd workforce in a day in 2022. 3. Many more but this space would not be enough.

Work from home is allowed as they do not have offices everywhere

no work life balance, you are expected to work throughout the day. development team is very secretive and tries to avoid questions related to the product development.
