Directors rude and bad attitude towards employees. No respect of any employees

You can get a lot of exposure about fabrics. Saturday timmings are 10am-4pm

Higher management doesn't know how to speak with their employees. There is constant comparisons and internal competitions going on. Higher management only listens to the senior level employees. There is no job security. Saturdays are only off for the old employees.

My boss/owner Mr. Prashant Maheshwari of KBI is very kind and professional person. He help me alot in learning HTML/CSS and data analytics.

I can manage but office is not good. Only the best think is if you are under Prashant Maheshwari sir then you will learn many things.

Employer genuinely cares for your growth both professional and personal. Since the day I Joined Krishna Beeds I have not heard any grumbling about the company or even the co-workers. The team manager and Team members all are supportive. You can find the real definition of a team when it comes to getting any sale cracked or making a smooth workflow for everyone's betterment. I Just Love working here and would recommend my friends and colleagues to join me in working with Krishna Beeds.

Unprofessional, unstructured, pathetic, it is a family business. Not having any policies. Unhygienic, no job security, training is not given to new employee. Demotivational. People working for long time may be habitual of all this and company needs them because they are not able and capable to sustain new employees.
