Many employees have been here for a long time, often 7 to 10 years. Sometimes, it can be challenging to work with them, as their long tenure can make them feel a strong sense of ownership, which can make open feedback a bit tricky.

They don't have proper management. All pm are non technical and they are leading dev team. Management is taking review from manager and manager don't have any technical knowledge. Developer don't have access of higher authority.
