The management, leaders, and work culture are really very good here. I joined here as Jr. level, today I'm leading the team and product. Many employees have been here for a long time, often 7 to 10 years. Sometimes, it can be challenging to work with them, as their long tenure can make them feel a strong sense of ownership, which can make open feedback a bit tricky.

High Politics No job security No as such learning Everything runs on decision and approval of CEO No decision making power is given to anyone

They don't have proper management. All pm are non technical and they are leading dev team. Management is taking review from manager and manager don't have any technical knowledge. Developer don't have access of higher authority.
