Nothing good to tell about the company worst company which I came across ever, very bad work culture and environment, actually no employees last there all run away or the management removes saying they cant afford to keep and you are inefficienct and play with people life and career

Dislikes

No job security and continuously nagging and demoralising the employees with no hike and no timely payment of salary. In starting they hire people then remove spoil people career saying that they are not good enough and demoivates them making the person think they are really not good fit

Also the General Secretary to the managing director is incredibly efficient and helpful, consistently resolving work-related matters promptly and ensures the smooth operation within the company.

I was the Technical Assistant to Managing Director, it is very good place in order you need to polish your skill, you will be rewarded as soon as you start taking responsibilities of the work and when you start working in minimum supervision, If you are disciplined hard working and smart to work fast you can have good growth in small period of time, the MD sir is the most beloved and generous person, in my tenure as technical assistant sir made me learn everything from finance to marketing to hr so as to train me in all division of business operations resulting into better professional, just work as per MD sir direction and with some smart and hard work you will grow as a better individual and as an professional MD sir can be harsh some time but it will result in your better delivery if you take it in constructive way.

Dislikes

Initial days as a management trainee was a bit difficult as was confused due to actively changing working dynamics, but slowly and steadily everything gets stabilized. as such their was nothing which i disliked about the organization there are always some challenges which come along with the work and also you need to adjust with your fellow colleagues.

Nothing.... They judge you basis of 1 week work and do not support growth. MD is most toxic to work with
