Delay in salary Less salary Only one project Work from home is now over. Most of the good reviews on glass door about data scientist are fake . Remember that. Management does nothing to bring any real change but only tries to throw a good image by branding.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Management involved in small things like sitting arrangement... target juniors in everything...also using abusing language with juniors.. unprofessional environment...they take everything in personally...not professionally...

Most supporting HR Team. Management is always approachable regarding any issue. No hierarchy barriers. Every employee is equally entertained. Fun and innovative work environment.
