I am working with this organization since march, 2018. Team is good. I got promoted by IJP. The management provides good opportunity for existing resources. I am satisfied with the organization.
The worst company you can ever work with. Bad infrastructure and environment to begin with. Even if you comply with it and try to work as a professional, you will feel a lot of scrutiny and judgement. Worst place for female employees, no security or regards for females on campus. Digital Marketing Manager- "Manish Singh" is stubborn and has some issue with females in general, he does not know how to even talk, his basic mannerisms have gone on a long ride and never returned. He is not very proficient at his work and is strictly dependent on ai to offer him results and insights and if you. try to suggest him anything, it goes beyond his understanding and he is sure to take it out on you. He lacks the basics and work ethics , leave alone professionalism. On top of that is the HR DEPARTMENT AND MANAGEMENT WHO WOULD BLNDLY FOLLOW HIS LEAD AND SAVE HIM, not less than 3 people have left the organisation under his work tenure of 6 months and each and everyone has tried to warn the organisation but they are blindfolded for god knows what reason. And once you draft a complaint they all join hands to come together and pressure you to resign or terminate you on unethical grounds. They make it all seem your fault and keep pinpointing on your work often demeaning you. The HR "Manisha" is also a lier and she keeps changing her statements as per the situation, she is the one who misleads all situations and people and you cannot expect her to side the right because everyone at the company seems to have lost their moral compass. If you join this firm , be prepared to loose your metal sanity, job security (coz they will kick you out as per their convenience and you won't be able to do anything about it) and be excessively traumatise and harassed at work ! GOOD LUCK JOINING THIS ONE!
You can like one thing about Kozent Tec, they will give you samosa(s) on the last day of every month, and sometimes they skip that too. (In the end, we are humans, we make mistakes.)
If you’re reading this review, I strongly advise against joining Kozent (or Panacea, their US-registered name). Reasons:
1. Maneesha Tyagi: As the HR Manager, she can be very manipulative. She often creates friction between employees and management, spreading rumors and pressuring people to leave by threatening them with legalities. She even has a habit of referring to the company owner, Manish Thakur, as "Thakur Sahab," though she often says much worse. If you leave, she may demand payment in exchange for your documentation and experience letter. Sadly, people like her are a threat to anyone trying to build a stable career.
2. Company Policies: Their policies are designed only to benefit the management, with favoritism as a standard practice. Success here often depends on pleasing the right people rather than actual performance.
