Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Other than job security there is nothing positive.Job security is there due high attrition & new people hardly join.

Dislikes

... mails.Its better to stay jobless than work over here.Its not a job it's a scam.People are forced to pay money from their own pockets regularly.Its a complete mess.

Salary not upto the market standards Internal Politics with bith HO & Regional levels. Growth stagnant after certain levels due to Comfort Zone of Regional Level Managers. No proper Clarity on appraisal based on our performance.

Working from last 5+ years very good experience. Lots of things which I don't know I learn here. Company culture also good job security depends on your performance as I am in sales you no the pressure. Not much pressure compare to other companies. Company employee policies are best good benifits.
