Got to self learn new things , as senior doesn't know any thing.

Dislikes

Partiality in employees. Seniors will not do any contribution in work, if work is good they will represent that we all together have done the work. If any thing senior don't know , it is OK, but they do expect that their junior should know each and every thing. Seniors support is not there.

The company is a great place for anyone that wishes to learn and grow as a person and professional. They value and nurture their employees and unlike most companies, they do care about the well being of their staff. I have been with the firm for about 4 months and let me tell you, I love working here.

One thing that I definitely say post working with Koshambh that you will get exposure to high tech machineries and lines.

I felt very bad about the way they treat with partiality and management needs to be more focused on the core things rather than working and taking decisions under one’s shadow.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
