I am presently working here in koncept wings goregaon since last 1 year three months & Regarding salary, i am getting on time & got my appraisal also recently, I enjoy working here. The staff is very supportive and my immediate manager in image team ( Mr Shoviek ) also is very helpful. The Company has no military rules as such which i am reading here by few people, who are dissatisfied . When the company grows, then the staff also grows cheers to koncept wings and the owners.

...laxing.There is no job security in this company. company will fire you any time.and the worst thing in this company is the salary .in this company current month salary get after 2 months.more then 15 employee resign in front of me

No work / personal life balance. There are no salary payment terms. They don't pay salary on time. Always late by 3-4 months. Really tough maintain livelyhood in these conditions. Not recommended to work here.

I am an Image editor working now 6 months here in konceptwings.A perfect e-commerce company with multiple work style and challenges. The Immediate manager ( Mr shoviek Choudhury ) is very supportive and extremely knowledgeable. Work culture is really cool as every project has a proper process and we can work comfortably. The company directors are very nice & very genuine both Mr & Mrs. Raghvan. I am glad that I joined at the right place. Thanks to Naukri.com.

Since there was zero management, work timings were flexible because there was nobody to manage employees.

The worst place to work, no Management, no security. The ceo has no knowledge of running a company. The company is in debt and employees haven't been paid since 6 months.
