...UNDAI. Please be careful before join and read all term and conditions carefully. And no support after join they will raise their hand if any mishappening with you salary hike and bonus are Zero. In difficult situation they will not support you. So please be careful and they think about their business only not think about their employees. Working environment is so bad totally unhygienic.

...YUNDAI (Greatest hoast little roast). Company doesn't think for their employees. If I talk about Salary that is VERY SCARY (NO INCREMENT, ON THE NAME OF INCREMENT MANAGEMENT ARE ZERO INCLUDING BOSSES DON'T THINK FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES). And never discuss from their employee why employee is resigning from the company. If I talk about myself in last four years no increment no appreciation nothing at all like this. They just only work from us like a labour. Everyone knows nowadays labourers are earning more than us and there is a time limit how many days in a week and hours they have to work. Nowadays koncept hyundai think sales department are inferior than labour. The organization (KONCEPT HYUNDAI) dragging sales person like a cursor. And if I discuss about Account dept, back office and accessories dept. as well are enjoying very well. And they have getting Increment time to time and working hours are fixed these dept comes to the office after 10'O' clock and in the evening they packed their goods before 6.30 PM they have a time limit how many hours we have to work. And even getting weekly off on time. If I talk about sales persons are continously working 11 to 12 hours for company without caring their everything without caring their family despite of working constantly company doesn't think about their employees. And one more think during COVID-19 company didn't pay the salary to their employees. When showroom was reopen from Ist june 2020 after normalise the situation of COVID-19. They set a target of 6 cars to get the monthly salary. If any sales person is not able to sale 6 cars not eligible for Salary. In this situation you are not giving salary to their employees it was very bad. Even this organisation (KONCEPT HYUNDAI) selling more cars in delhi.
