Salary is good enough but career growth is decent. Notice period is of minimum of 2 months.

Too much unnecessary pressure. No authority to take any decisions to close the business. It is completely system driven organisation with all the power in the hand of HO people. Be there in the market, you feel helpless. Every now and then products got obsolete. Upcountry market presence is very pathetic. No pricing support for project business.
