Good culture, global projects, flexible timings, support in covid, work from home opportunity given even after govt lifted the lockdown

Dislikes

HR policies are weak, compensation is never revised, once joined - work on same pay scale. New hires are given good salaries. HR seldom meets with employees for career development, no skip level manager meetings.

.... Bad employer and promotes commissions and non ethical practices to bag orders. Package is attractive but long term for people who genuinely work is difficult. Its a place for people who sit and do politics and not work on own but claim other's achievements

Dislikes

Bad managers are promoted and no work life balance. They don't care about family and will transfer women employees to different region or ask to leave if not interested. Or would say you can remain without growth

Recent changes have changed the culture very much. In GSS R2R team 5/6 people left because of one bad manager Abhijit. He is very biased, no respect for the team, behaves badly, frequently criticizing Kohler culture and asks unnecessary personal questions as well. Many times raised concerned with leadership and HR but zero action taken against him. Many people left because of him only. Things were good before but had to leave due to this.
