Worst thing is totally managed by Planedge Consultant. No any Hr Policy. You have to worked for both the company in single salary. No any Saturday off. Strict timming from 9:30 to 6:30. You are late mark, if you are comming 5min late.

I'd worked in Marketing department.The work culture is very pathetic.The senior once & managers behavior is very disgusting.They trat like a nothing.The language used by manager is evry very disgusting.The politics, work culture, Work timings, HR Department coperation is also, no a good.If you sign & complete the handover formality ON LWD.After that no one or organisation will hold your offer letter as well as Experince letter too.But, after giving so many mail reminder HR Department failed to reply as well as no one is coperting.This is the true colours of kohinoor Developement Corporation.

Calculation of manpower mainly staff not up to the mark. Staff facilities at site not considered from management team but company directors are unknown about this matters.

Management only considers the sales and marketing team valuable, while giving zero recognition to the engineering staff. Despite putting in significant efforts at the site, the engineering team’s work is not appropriately acknowledged.
