... to put down paper without notice. And will not give papers even after 45 days. No garuntee about salary as well . Work life balance is zero, u need to work 24 hour.

Culture , They will terminate any of the employee without informing according to their mood . This incident happened with more than 15-20 members .And pathetic work load even Sunday also working if you go on Sunday then also no appreciation .

Recruit, suck, terminate. Worst place to Work-In. Im here to share my experience worked with kodnest. I have been terminated before 2 months, just like that without prior info or notice.. im a 2 years loyally worked employee there. I have not recieved any settlements even after a long communication over call and email. I have not got my proper documents. And they just blocked me after asking for what i owe. This is a worst behavior for an organization which is into education and dealing with many lives. And unfortunately they doesn't aware of any type of benefits such as: Peovident fund, Insurances, allowances or any type of bonuses. Where I and other people used to work over nignt and over 16 hrs a day which affected my physical and mental health. Many people careers are in risk after termination/ relieving from kodnest because of background verification( they cant join ant MNC's ) They ususlly post fake google reviews and remove the genune reviews by reporting it as spam. This helps them a lot more than trust. Pleople who are looking to join this as an employee just be aware and who are working here be awake. No offence, just shared my experience and for well being.
