Even they keep the salary of the employee and do not pay it and they fired them out station ztp.

They have kept my 30k salary and incentives and told me that I will be paid off and then when I started forcing them, they fired me out....same was repeated with many of my friends and colleagues in SWIGGY process, Vadodara....

Management is not supportive at all.i do not understand there salary structure,they saying something else and giving something else.each month they were cut some amount but i don't know for what reason.

Shift timings Late salary No parking, parking at your own risk. Bad and unhygienic canteen. No proper drinking water. Educated but Uneducated Admin No offs on Indian Holidays No support to upskill or get promotion

Nothing . very toxic work culture. They expect everything from you, and they also cut your full day salary for 1 min late login. total torture and human less behavior by QA team as well. they use slangs too. Avoid this company.
