Worst management. Poor salary. Worst seniors , always blame juniors for petty stuff and for the nuisance the seniors make. Delaying in payment every month. Seniors taking credit for junior's work. Favouritism by seniors. Dead end target sometime requires overtime, working even in weekends to meet deadlines. Strict timing and they cut one day salary every time you are little late. There's no time relaxation, not even in rain or unfavorable situation. No incentive. No sign of salary hike. Promotion is on hold even after experience. Salary is never credited in time. No sign of personal growth or good work life balance. It's better to study hard or prepare to get better jobs with good salary. There's no appreciation for any good deed in this office.
