A terrible company with full politics. Especially Pune head Mr. Vyas is one of the gone case person. He treats the person as a personal driver in the company And even if you put a complaint against him, all his superiors come together to protect him. The moment Mr. Vasy had join the company had never increased in sales. He is dependent on Nagpur sales or Mumbai sales. The total sale comes including all areas is 3 cr of which 1.80 cr comes from Nagpur, 1 cr comes from Mumbai helping hand OEM, and the rest of his contribution is 20 lakh. You can't go into the market for the Development of business, you can't bring any sales from the market. The sale of Knauf will only increase when he will left the company. In comparison with competitor do 100 car from Pune major contribution come from retailer 85% and 15% comes from project.

personal life time is decreased. company is still following old methods for reporting and making reports or other internal sales processes which is killing the time. instead they can follow the new technologies and give some personal life time.

Good working environment and culture, cross functional teams are extraordinarily supporting. Company policies are good and te management is transparent. The Top management is of a great leaders, for which we will push ourselves an extra mile to make them proud

Dislikes

There are some aged people with the mindset of old govt office working culture. Old people must guide the subordinates with their experience, but these people doesn't have that mindset. Instead they throw you in embarassing situations.
