My son was given placement at knack systems hyderabad in 2023,during the placement drive at DEVBHOOMI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,DEHRADUN. He was offered a letter and was to join from September. However,they cited some reasons and prolonged the joining to JANUARY 2024. But in January, the college HR informed that the joining would prolong further due to layoff and advised him to seek jobs elsewhere.This is totally disgraceful and irresponsibility on the part of the institute and the company.Placement drives seem to have become a scam of institutes, just to pull the syudents for admission!!

The Managers here flirt with fresher girls, shout at women and make them feel uncomfortable, extreme abuse by managers, blackmailing for termination by HR and Manager, fraud people, extreme mental and psychological torture, putting fake good reviews by HR team, layoffs and zero job security, they remove people from company and party in hotels, you can check out in Glassdoor, fake reviews on Glassdoor, worst company.

The company has a great culture and management treats everyone like a family. They offer good flexibility and also support well in making sure everyone gets opportunity to grow.

Dislikes

Management can also focus on growing and expanding in other areas than focusing on one Platforms, Markets or Technologies. The company can then grow at much better pace and will also have more outreach. Strategically needs more diversification and investments on new areas.

It's truly one of the finest companies i have ever seen. The working culture and employee benefits are excellent. I received lot of support from my manager and learned many new things as well.
