The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact the i am a part of a team reliable and has a global client base. another plus point is that my colleagues come from varius cultural background.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but frowth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Someties i have to work 13-17 hours straight in a day.

Free hand to do work over the project, management is good , immediate action in any problem , Salary on time etc

Dislikes

Accommodation and Fooding also behave with non Telgu people not good as compared to telgu people.

...eed to discuss with them & has implemented many new things for staff welfare. 5.Salary Will be credited to all staff at the fixed time monthly even it is a public holiday.

Dislikes

1.Efforts are going unnoticed of the staff even the work done of another person. 2.Fake promises by department management to staff just for finish their work. 3.Giving direct threat regarding the appraisal to the staff.

Likes

HR policies and welfare of employees is good, Timely salary, Good corporate culture and work environment. Organization Management is very good and having excellent vision towards future.

Dislikes

Only problem is values only 1st tier management (GM and above ) and there is no value for opinion or input of others at all. There is no specific roles n responsibilities as regardless of your job, you have to do whatever your incharge says whether it is your job or not.

Can learn lot of work, but pressure is very high.

...ent. Higher officials don't give respect to engineers and below engineer cader. Salary not give timely. So much of work pressure. No holidays. If there is a holiday, u have to work on holy also.
