... and manager is worst here, they will keep on extanding probationary period. 2. No sick leave or causal leave untill your made permanent which means they don't care about employees health directly Loss of pay 3. No training will be provided and your asked to work with deadline 4. No professionalism 5. Hire and fire system they follow, Incapable HR to restore there resources 6. Australia company they say and will pay you peanut 7. Lastly but more importantly worst management.

... a friendly person. If you get a right team you will enjoy ur work or else no. Salary on time including WiFi reimbursement. The best is WFH.

one thing I disagree about the company is team I got, team leader pushes his load on new joinees, he didn't even provide proper training and says u analyze and do, most of the time he argues even if he is wrong and blames me to the team manager. Other thing was alternative Saturday off. Rest was good

There is absolutely nothing to like here. Expect for the fact they pay salary on 1st of every month. Which has recently started

1. Tissues were not arranged in washroom. This shows how inefficient the culture here is. 2. Leave policy and other policy do not follow labour laws 3. There is no physical presence of the company. No name board, no ID cards. Feels like you go to a hidden location and work 4. Worst ever approach towards employees. 30mins of speech to give 1hour permission.

CEO and product analyst team is in Australia who is very supportive but QA, Development and Design team is in India where colleagues are very supportive.

Dislikes

Less salary Only 6 sick leaves per year Employees has to extend and work and sometimes on Saturday as well. Very poor leave policies who expect to work even when you are sick. If employee take sick leave, LOP will be credited from the balance and they will not accept it.
