...ed GST on my amout. No skill development as not much trained and educated staff. And also salary is too much low and no good hikes. Even overtime is given for sub staff is half of the actual but in paper it is double. Even mangers force to work 10 hours daily without any extra payment In short no need to go for job.

1.NO LEAVE POLICY like CL PL SL. 2.DEDUCTING SALARY WHEN YOU WILL BE TAKING THE LEAVE (CASUAL REASON/IF YOU SICK/INJURED/OTHER REASON). THIS WILL ALSO EFFECT ON PER MONTH CTC. 3.NEED HAND ON HEAD TO GROW/INCREMENTS. 4.POLITICS 5.VERY LESS PUBLIC HOLIDAY

...ent is transparent.there is a huge craft area is well and played is not so good.company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth id slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work. Culture Hr policies Partiality (no credit is given to the person who works hard). employee is given a particular task and when he completes 95% of his work the project is being transferred to the boss's favourite employee. Hence, only The favourite employee gets highlighted in front of upper management.

Leadership changes in early 2023 have resulted in an employee and client focus that is making KLJ a fun place to work again. They are extremely flexible and emphasize work-life balance. Benefits are still lacking, but there is tons of opportunity to advance and make up for it with a higher salary. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. I enjoy the team I get to work with and we are delivering needed solutions to our clients.
