Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Company Policies are pathetic, Work-culture horrible.

Dislikes

Nothing Much to say...Its Terrible, no growth and all. Only donkey work. Huge Politics favouritism is at top level, Training is worst because head himself doesnot understand about innovation rather than favouritism and time pass by making fun of others.
