KLAUS IT supporting only 3rd party payroll but salary is ok

Dislikes no job security suddenly they laid off all 72 recruiters who they hired before11 month allmost they didn't offered anyother opportunity to us nothing very poor

Everything is worst and they won't give you salaries on time they deduct lots of salary, suppose ur salary is 40k they will deduct 15k without knowing you and there's no incentive they will say but zero,

This is an opportunity to work with client, KLAUS does not have internal projects

...its are poor, The management will play a drama about loyality when you resigned. The manager won't give a chance to talk about hikes and pay.

Till you are in contract with the client they will support you. Also I got one month compensation due to sudden termination from client end

... Micro management though you are at clients side. -HR are useless and worst. - They are like brokers take maximum amount as brokerage and give less salary and hike. - No job gurantee if you are not billable. - if you put resignation then they will put pressure and give threat and make you in trouble. Don't ruin your career untill you have no option to join.
