I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

In kkalpana management playing politics with the employees. No rules n regulations. Director listening only Manager.

Dislikes

Removimg those employee who used to handle 2 departments n getting only single person salary. Director listening only manager n one lady. Very special.

I have been working in company since 2009 and it is a good company to work with strong management team,work culture here is so good. Compnay's HR policy is also good. Overall it is a good company to work.

Being Maintenance person I often use to stay night at company whenever problem arise during huge production pressure. So sometimes I use to miss social functions,family get together also.

We did'nt get any incremant in this organisation from last two years also there are no job security,unneccesery presurrised to employee and working atmosphere is not good.In future i wil never wants to go in this types of cheap organisation they are not a good persons also they have imposed unnecessery liability of emplyer contribution in ESi on me therefor i have recd approx rs 6000/- short against my bonus amount
