As a fresher I have got so many things to learn which is not possible in other companyand interactive session which helps the other people to learn something new and improve our skills.

Main problem is salary is very less for a fresher and once you complete training period they will treat you like experinced person and give so much work. In this company you to have to complete your work any how if deadline given by client.There are so much politics even about the small things.

...ear at kiwitech. But if the project is ramp down so what is the mistake of team. After project rampdown management decided to move some of the people in to other departments but after salary negotiations at after 20 and 30% deduction.

If you are a part of a team then if anyone stuck in any task then it will the responsibility to the team lead or manager but the higer management teases to the employee instead of give a path to learning or to clear the things.

...eady left this job on 31st December2020 and I am glad that l made this decision. As in COVID19 situation they are supporting at nothing but deucting the salary from employees 25%

They do not support the hard work and skilled person very bad culture no response to you queries and complaints related to job

There isn't much that i liked, but the HR team is fine.

The upper management is unpredictable and unprofessional, and they have the worst habit of showing off, there is no job security, they take people's jobs by their mood yet you are lucky if you get a good manager who can understand you and help you to grow.
