KITCO gives full autonomy in decision making, mainly because the seniors doesn’t know to guide or help you. Most of seniors will treat you are threat if you start performing.

Work culture is toxic, they don’t pay salary in time , even after you quit , you may have to go for legal option to get your pending F&F settlement.

...aff and fellow engineers are very co operative. Salaries paid regularly on time. Bonus also paid as per performance.Traveling bills paid as per duty requirement. For youngsters it is great opportunity to learn design concepts. Work environment is very good Managerial level staff are very friendly. BUISSENESS promotion staff are excellent. I wish KITCO prosperous Buiseness all the times. Working hours are very good. Professional commitment is individual. Working in Kerala is wonderful experience I made more than 200 face book friends during my project tenure 2 Years.

Bad management and revengefull attitude from management made experienced staffs to leave the company Since the management is not willing or not trying to take new projects income is less and salaries are not paid properly Incompetent HR Department (no MBA or person from HR background is available)

KITCO has a lot of great and supportive people to look upto. The office is always very active and everyone is always guaranteed to have some challenging projects
