...respect for them who works for betterment of company. No or very little growth. Engineers working from last 8 to 10 years are getting less salary then freshers now a days.

After applying through naukri. Com got message on whats app for payment of 196 rs as initial free for interview. So it is a scam. If a company does not have the money to screen candidate how is it going to pay the salary

I never felt working as an employee. It was like a family we were all one with unity with respect in the market wherever I go it was kec I enjoyed working 15 years joined as jr engineer and heading psg division as a Manager. I loved working with KEC

Nothing. I lost my money 10000 for this company.

I got call from this company and told me that I was selected then they ask me to pay 7500 as initial amount and after did not response to call or messages then I told them clearly that refund my money but they are not at all hearing any words always asking the money from candidate.. It is very bad impression for job seeker to join this company.

It's a good company to learn things.

Dislikes

Salary structure is very low and your package will not get increased and you will not be appreciated for your works. Only focuses on work not extra curricular activities and no increments.
