Lots of hidden policies They will pay in cash No leave policies Just white washing their black money in the name of institutions. Its better to stay jobless rather joining this organisation. High level politics and the list goes on

colleagues are good because they are facing the same hardships. No student or faculty benefitted . berry easy to get job here because they are always sacked there employs in bulk to avoid salary increment.

Dislikes

... head he always like to slanged highly qualified faculties, principals no mater. Very poor salary less than 20K for average PhD non PhD holder faculties. As professor/teaching faculties you have to do the work of road side bill or leaflet distributer and call center employs who convinced the customer for take admission. Monday to Sunday yes for Mar to Sept and for rest of the year Monday to Friday.

- Limited resources, affecting investment in new equipment and facilities - Outdated equipment in some classrooms - Curriculum could benefit from more innovative and interdisciplinary approaches - Limited professional development opportunities for faculty

Likes

It provides valuable industry exposure and enhances technical skills. Hands-on projects and labs help in understanding concepts better. Cultural and technical events make student life engaging and enjoyable.

Dislikes

Some faculty members and courses could be more advanced and industry-aligned. More reputed companies should be involved for better job opportunities. While decent, the library and lab facilities could be more extensive and modernized.
