Compensation is decent . Students are warm and loving. Multinational and multi culture environment is good for learning and growing adaptability. University is prestigious with good mission and vision to provide good quality education to the students specially promoting deserving candidates for their higher education support.

Dislikes

The system for rural college which are far from main University campus is very slow. All documents has to go thorough many channels to reach to the final destination at main University so it takes long time for any kind of paperwork. Chances of learning and growth are very little for such colleges also. Another thing is number of faculty members were far less as compared to the need so there is huge load of work on available people.

Likes

Great colleagues and good teamwork. Good infrastructure with work freedom is there.

Dislikes

Salary deduction is there during emergency leave. Only basic salary during annual vacation which is for only 60 days even if vacation is more.

No alignment between what they document about quality and practice quality. Administrators at Dean and Vice-dean level appear lost in dynamic admin....appear blind with hypersensitive ears. Few immature and immoral expats are dictating administrators, taking advantage with selfish motive. Wasting time and money with substandard/fake research without adequate infrastructure in working condition. Few working hard, many relaxing/ magnifying their work, no proper/real system to monitor Teaching and assessment quality poor with inflated results. NCAAA team is just show off with only documentation without understanding/implementing std.
