There’s definitely no kindness here, No work life balance, even if you’re on leave they will expect you to work, my colleagues faced racisms & abusive comments getting passed on them and after complaining nothing happened because the abuser have personal connections with the Co-founders.

The company claims to be “kind” but isn’t even to its employees. They have absolutely no work life balance. The co-founder will literally call you at 10pm if there’s any work. And she will expect you to leave everything and work at that time. Absolutely no discipline when it comes to distribution of responsibilities. They scam you in the name of startup. They will hire you for one role but in a few months you will be doing work of 3 people alone with the same salary. There is no job security here. The seniors and co-founders will do whatever they want to and you have no say on that. There management is pathetic. There is no HR to talk to. They delay payments for unnecessary things and expects you to understand because they are a “startup”

The only good thing was no over time

I was freelancing with them with working 3 days a week. After a month was completed they ghosted me completely with the reason being “we were super busy with the holiday season” I had to constantly call them and check on them to make sure I receive the payment for the month which I received after a whole month! I worked for four days extra just to make sure they make the payment. Leaving that aside, they try to do half assed work and expect you to just wing things up without any real creativity taking place. There is no creative freedom at all!

Worst company ever. Poor customer service befooling poor people and if anyone abuses then they tell we will call you dont abuse...but nobody bothers to call.pathetic environment worst to worst culture

Top management is very partial. There is no HR to listen to you. No proper hierarchy. Extremely extremely toxic culture. No work life balance & employees are often shouted upon or personal comments are passed to them form - for reasons completely outside their control.
