Be it any urgent work, paper, wedding or anything at home, you will not get leave from the company.That's why I resigned. I needed leave and was not given it. There is a senior sir in quality, Vijay Parihar, he did not give me leave.

I don't like anything because every month late salary deposit in all employees account and manegement not taken action regarding that.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joining.

I was working in finance & only finance team was very supportive & familyr and I love so much to my team, it was best memory in my life

Poor management, no tea, office, no lunch area, no employee walfare, no salary on time it happens on 13 or 15 day of next month

...pany bahut badi fraud h kyoki- 1- Yaha resign ke baad kabhi Paisa nahi milta h 2-EPF 24% salary se deduct karte h lekin dete 12% hi h 3- Company me koi complaint karne par Bina salary nikal dete h 4- Canteen m janwaro jaisa vyavhaar hota h 5- Floor par koi bhi problem hone par bol Tak nhi sakte 6- HR bolta h Police meri pocket m h
