I have completed 3 years in this Khushii NGO. and have got a lot of experience by working is this field. I have been appointed here for as a voluntary special for weak children who do not know Urdu. and there has been a lot of improvement in children too.and here we also get training. i love this NGO....

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high.

Khushii Ngo is a Delhi based organisation and in Mumbai khushii Ngo runs the project in 3 schools . Mumbai school coordinator Ms Saba Khan is very rude with the teachers she doesn't have a manner to talk and she treated the teachers as a slave.She is unfit for the position of the coordinator because she is not cleared her instructions and always change her statement .She is very biased and partial with the teachers I worked with the organisation for 2 years but didn't received my joining letter till yet and she always presented the teachers in a negative way to the peoples who is superior to her .She is doing a lot of money scam also in mumbai school project all teachers are aware about this but if the teachers go beyond her and complained about her she doesn't tolerated her and doesn't lived a single chance to insult that teacher in front of the other staff and the people who are in higher position is also trusted her. As a coordinator she often visits the school .She always failed to solve the teachers problem whenever we stuck somewhere and tried to contact her she never received our call.She always misused her position and teachers doesn't have a right to say something against her .As a teacher I wasted my two years in this organization.One day she insulted me a lot and I decided to move out from this organisation .

Swanky office for a not-for-profit sector with all facilities. Neat and clean space.

Dislikes

Being an organization that works for mental health, doesn't care about it's employees mental health. Long working hours. Lack of acknowledgement or appreciation for work. Lack of respect towards junior staff. No job security, no appraisal. Work life balance is zero. No growth.

Likes

Supportive seniors especially Himanshu Sir. They motivate and allow you to not only think beyond the ordinary ways but also take initiative on proactive basis. One of the best jobs I've worked till date :)

they are very employee oriented people, usually never objecting any reasonable application for leaves and empathetic towards employees

Dislikes

my college has provided 4 employees to the organisation in same location and all of them quit within 6 months, I must say the organisation culture is poor or ambiguous, and your direct supervisor or manager can make your work experience good or horrendous, bureaucratic style. I must say very few managers are bad, but being under them is like surrounded by a haunting cloud and they make sure you never feel positive or see any rays of hope when working with them.
