Dislikes

No fixed salary date, always late. No fixed working hours. You have work for more than 11 hours a day. Project head Mr. Sajid shah uses abusive language to everyone, don't have manner how to talk with anyone. No AC in whole plant except project head office. Only one RO in whole plant which gives hot boiling water in this 45 degree of Ludhiana summer. No proper living arrangement for O&M staff. No PF is deducted

You'd get to learn a lot in technical as well as non-technical aspects so a better place for a fresher to gain good experience.

Dislikes

Management is not good in this company and neither is work-life balance. You'd have to work overtime each day without any appreciation. Working culture is harsh too. So all these makes a really depressing work environment for almost every employee on the site.

Working in the company is very proudly because lot's of flexibility in working, learn to new things and mostly supporting staff specially Account department of head office staff.

There is no job security in this company
