I had enjoyed my tenure in Khanna papers, it was great learning curve for me especially when you are when you're ready to deep down. i would recommend others to join this organization as still there is lots of potential to grow day by day.

Dislikes

Being from one or two companies in the city, you cannot expect much from management in terms of Compensation as they know how much opportunities are around who wants take a step ahead to move. The other thing i didn't liked is Sir/ Ma'am culture, rest everything was fine till the time i worked in Khanna papers.

Learn new work and also job security is 100%.

Salary structure is very poor here and HR dept. Deduct amount without informing to employee like bonus. Increment chance and post position not get on performance base. Canteen facility is very poor. High rate of food and all others items.

Khanna paper mill is a good company and good staff and better management. Management support every employee every situation and every employee hardworking and honestly.

... employee contract workers and junior staff no growth and increment is very low. And extra work I mean over time pay to basic salary in employee and every position no rest reliever Khanna paper mill canteen is a very bad food and breakfast and very dusting palace in Khanna paper mill

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. Quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. Working time is too long. I have to attend client and management call in evening and some time late into the night.

Taking unnecessary advantage of their post and extra perks from company by using their authority and approvals. Department HOD, who are using abusive language, use and through policy with new employees. Negative commercial HOD which cause loss of company and stone between growth of company. Think he is own of cmpny by using wrong way for creating dispute b/w stakeholders.
