Poor and dumb management. They have the art to complicate a simple task. Decision making and policies are very poor. Policies are made only for the organizations benefits. Taking leaves is impossible. Teaching and work should be done to satisfy self ego of the management not for children. Only licking people can grow. They are not bothering about the students learning. An illiterate can manage better than the people here. They will make your life hell. No work life balance. You are forced to work at home. Never ever join Techzone if you want peace in your life. The lady here is a psycho, self obsessed and full with negativity.

KPS is one of the best school in NCR. Apart from imparting education to kids it focuses on holistic development of students and teachers. It is the most employee friendly organisation which treats it's employees as a family member. It was pleasure working with KPS. Thanks KPS fraternity for everything.

KPS has pampered us always. Which I think no other organisation will to such an extent . KPS has supported me during my husband's illness. I am grateful for this

The people in leadership roles are preferred over the people who are efficient and consistent at work.

My daughter goes at Khaitan Public School. I am highly satisfied with the school, be it teaching, transportation, homework given to my child. Teachers are so attentive to students. They LISTEN and give genuine feedback.

Unqualified coaches and behavior of heads and no approach of employees to the management which ultimately give every power to heads doing whatever they want to ND management never have interaction with teachers.
