My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Nothing apart from WFH as they do not have dedicated ofc.

Dislikes

...xperience.Speaks like a boss off the company with so much arrogant and attitude. I strongly do not join thia company even if you get higher package as they can fire you at any moment of time which they have done with lot of people.

Nothing, it is worst company

Dislikes

Everything, they relived me instantly with no reason. And they want to go and make everything to only person. The ceo and president wants to make only one person to go ahead move in career. And rest they want others to suffer and no growth. As a project manager I have build up the team on the basis of performance and they have put someone else to handle and relived me instantly with out compensating me and I am still unemployed because of them.
