working here is good, for freshers. knowledge can be gathered. library is huge and all other infrastructure facilities are good.

Salary scale not on par with other reputed colleges. During my working period the salaries were delayed for 2-3 months. Not very sure about the present situation.

Literally bad environment for worthful people . The only thing there is the show off of incapable people . But the organization head doesn't know and thinks everything is fine

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
