Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Its a mid size firm so i got to know to work on all cases like i got exposure to do statutory audits and also preparation and filing of incomr tax returns and also did gst audit. Though stipend was very less but the work experience was more than that and this is what is needed.

There is nothing in particular which i disliked but there was a lack of professional behaviour in the organisation.
