1. Less of a company and more of a political party - very high level of politics 2. CEO doesn't understand tech and relies on the 2 people around him who themselves don't understand anything and hence, people get fired right, left and center. 3. 0 job security 4. No recognition. All your hardwork will be ignored. 4. Do not apply to this company. Even if you get a job, do NOT join this.

No job security they will give you a small hike and next month without notice they will remove you. One person brings people in without interview and the management does not come to know they are doing this without interview and it affects others. They make you work till late night
