The hr department is too good also management doing work as like company employee but the owner and the management support only a perticular cast and state native person they never appreciate to other states employees this is the weak point of the company senior person and senior manager also make a fool and also convinced the hr , owner and also management this company never grow until they can't giving right apportunity and promotion to deserving person thank you
