Good company for freshers. The atmosphere is okay.

Dislikes

No growth for experienced people. Salary delayed when company faced financial loss. A lot of colleagues left in 2020 No one ever got full and final payment. Kept following up for months. Once your salary is delayed, please leave next day. Don't entertain their excuses.

Got learning opportunities. Managers and team members were humble and supportive. Okay atmosphere to work.

Dislikes

Biggest con of working with start ups is receiving salary on time. Company faced financial loss in 2018. Never got full and final payment. 4-5 months salary got stuck.

All things dislike about working in the Kelvin because he doesn't give employees salary. He tell company going to loss and than he terminate all the employees. Without giving any notice.

Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
