Hire and Fire rule, No Job security, All depend on your overseas Manager how he thinks of your work. So if he doesn't like your way of working then you could fire with in six months. Many of the candidates are fired at the moment. So if you are in good job secure organisation then think twice before joining just don't get blind on the offered package as the company offers very high packages.
