1) Employees problems solution process is very slow for this employee is angry, 2) The office management team is not supporting site management teams, 3) The supply of materials for the site work proses is very slow. 4) Leave salary and indemnity not paid on time 5) Overtime amount is always dedicated 6) Few site manager is only available for making time pass, they don't want to do anything for the company and never think about the project being done on time, and management believes in them. due to this site, staff, and employees are suffering from work, materials, salary, etc.

Top management puts own people to interfere in working, but they are helpful. Provide safety training certificate.

Dislikes

Very top management does not organise the system of working, transport arrangements and permission to work on field are not provided in time and responsibilities of work in such circumstances on construction manager. Entire new team always take some time to settle down. But management expects overnight results.

Team spirit was great but management not providing resources and ask to manage with consultancy and client to deliver results.

Dislikes

Management simply blames and favorites some staff for giving feedback and trouble the working teams.
