... among all employees. I enjoy the annual tours or team outings that are planned. They offer financial assistance when needed, deducting the amount from the next month’s salary.

Dislikes

They do not provide regular increments. There is no Provident Fund (PF) provision. There is a lack of work-life balance. There is no career or financial growth. There is often no proper response to concerns. They heavily rely on the work of experienced employees while targeting freshers.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133.
