it is very nyc to work & good experience in traning period but salary growth is very less. Work environment is good but there is no innovation.

I don't like Kay jay forging , only labour harisment ,1 labour machine operat salery very low 12000 -1 machine operat _ 6000 per month _2 machine operat _12000

2 vmc and cnc machine provide fom one operator and salery only 12000 , 2 machine operated but low salary only 12000

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politic. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
