The company Promises you to give you formal training in regards of your field but it's all futile once you join the company. There is no formal training, no CL/PL, No PF for employees, work culture is so toxic that you may not survive the company in your initial days of joining. Ms Natasha think she knows everything and will preach you about the things she didn't even know Mr Karan thinks he's multitasker and more talented than any one else in the premise but in reality he doesn't know anything about anything where he relies on articles on-line Mr Suresh Karnani just joined as GM but he doesn't have any clue about the management and always bossing around and the old guy doesn't even know proper English Feedback + whereas he always judges everyone for the same.
